For balance: Wear “reach in” on your right (yang) side, and “reach out” on your left (yin) side.

For confidence: Wear “reach out: on your right (yang) side.

For your mellow side: Wear “reach in” on your left (yin) side.

Bangle opening is approximately 2 5/8" - this standard size fits most
